HVAC Coupons in Chicago
Save on preventive maintenance and qualifying equipment replacements without confusing fine print. Mention the offer when booking so Bean’z Heating & Cooling can confirm eligibility before service or before a replacement proposal is accepted.
Choose the coupon that matches the job
A tune-up coupon is for preventive maintenance on operating equipment. A replacement coupon applies to a qualifying installation proposal. Repair, diagnostic, and emergency charges are handled separately.
Central AC Tune-Up
Preventive maintenance for one accessible, operating residential central-air system during regular appointment hours.
- One standard outdoor unit and matching indoor coil
- Cleaning and operating checks within the tune-up scope
- Repairs, parts, refrigerant, and diagnostic work excluded
- Not valid on a system that is not cooling or will not run
Gas Furnace Tune-Up
Preventive maintenance for one accessible, operating residential gas furnace during regular appointment hours.
- One standard gas furnace
- Cleaning, safety, and operating checks within the tune-up scope
- Repairs, parts, code corrections, and diagnostics excluded
- Not valid on a furnace with a no-heat or lockout complaint
Qualifying Furnace or AC Replacement
Apply $300 toward one qualifying Bean’z furnace or central-air replacement with an installed proposal total of $5,000 or more.
- Must be applied before the installation agreement is signed
- One discount per property and approved project
- Does not apply to diagnostic, repair, duct, permit, or add-on charges
- Cannot be combined with another Bean’z discount
Qualifying Water Heater Replacement
Apply $100 toward one qualifying Bean’z tank or tankless water-heater replacement with an installed proposal total of $1,500 or more.
- Must be applied before the installation agreement is signed
- Replacement only—not a repair discount
- Code upgrades, permits, venting, and added project work remain separate
- Cannot be combined with another Bean’z discount
Tune-up, diagnostic, and repair are different services
The coupon price covers the listed preventive-maintenance visit. When equipment is not working correctly, Bean’z starts with diagnosis so the actual failure can be identified before repair work is approved.
- $129 diagnostic: applies when the system has a no-heat, no-cool, breakdown, leak, noise, electrical, or performance complaint.
- Tune-up coupon: applies to one operating, accessible standard system and does not include repairs, refrigerant, parts, or code corrections.
- Installation coupon: applies only to a qualifying written proposal that meets the stated minimum installed total.
- Emergency or after-hours service: is not discounted by these coupons, and availability and any added charge are confirmed before dispatch.
- One offer per job: coupons cannot be combined with VIP member discounts or another Bean’z promotion and are not retroactive.
Three simple steps
You do not need to print the page. Save the coupon code or mention the offer when you call.
Choose the right coupon
Match the offer to maintenance or replacement. A broken system requires a diagnostic, not a tune-up coupon.
Mention it when booking
Provide the code by phone or include it in the service-request message so eligibility can be confirmed.
Review the price first
The discount appears on the eligible invoice or written installation proposal before payment.
Before you schedule
Can I combine two coupons on the same job?
No. One Bean’z coupon or promotional discount may be used per job. Coupons also cannot be stacked with a VIP member discount.
Does the $99 tune-up include repairs or refrigerant?
No. The coupon covers preventive maintenance within the listed tune-up scope. Parts, repairs, refrigerant, leak testing, code corrections, and diagnostic work are separate.
Can I use a tune-up coupon when my furnace or AC is not working?
No. A no-heat, no-cool, lockout, leak, unusual noise, or other operating complaint starts as a $129 diagnostic visit. Bean’z identifies the failure and quotes any repair separately.
When do these coupons expire?
The offers on this page expire September 30, 2026. Eligibility must be confirmed and the coupon claimed before the qualifying work or installation agreement begins.
Do replacement coupons cover permits or added work?
No. The discount applies to the qualifying base replacement proposal. Permits, code corrections, venting, electrical, gas, drain, ductwork, accessories, and other added scope remain priced in the written proposal.
What areas are eligible?
Offers apply within Bean’z normal Chicago service area, especially the South Side and nearby suburbs, subject to scheduling and travel availability.
Call Bean’z before the offer expires
Tell us the system type, what it is doing, the service address, and the coupon code. We will confirm whether the visit qualifies before dispatch or before an installation proposal is approved.
