HVAC Maintenance Plan Chicago Homeowners Can Count On
Stay ahead of seasonal breakdowns with two scheduled maintenance visits, member-priority scheduling, exclusive savings, and a documented look at your system’s condition.
- Spring AC tune-up
- Fall furnace check
- Priority scheduling
- Detailed service reports
Maintenance that finds small problems early
The Comfort Club is built for homeowners who want their furnace and air conditioner checked before the hardest weather arrives—not after comfort is already lost.
Seasonal readiness
We check operation before peak heating and cooling demand puts the system under its heaviest load.
Documented condition
You receive a clear service report showing what was checked, what passed, and what may need attention.
Member priority
When service demand climbs, active members receive scheduling priority ahead of non-members when technician availability allows.
Straight answers
Recommended repairs are explained and approved separately. A maintenance visit does not turn into surprise repair work.
Two focused HVAC maintenance visits
Each visit follows the equipment and season. Exact checks depend on system type, access, and manufacturer requirements.
Spring cooling visit
Prepare the AC before Chicago heat and humidity.
- Thermostat and cooling-operation check
- Electrical connections, contactor, and capacitor inspection
- Outdoor coil and condenser condition
- Condensate drain and visible moisture check
- Supply/return temperature and airflow indicators
- Refrigerant-performance indicators when conditions allow
- Written findings and repair recommendations, if needed
Fall heating visit
Prepare the furnace before the first hard cold snap.
- Thermostat and heating sequence check
- Burner, ignition, flame-sensing, and blower operation
- Visible heat-exchanger and venting inspection
- Safety-control and limit-circuit checks
- Temperature-rise and airflow review
- Filter condition and accessible cabinet inspection
- Written findings and repair recommendations, if needed

Built around the systems we service every day
A membership is useful only when the visit is more than a quick visual look. Bean’z checks the operating condition, documents the findings, and explains anything that should be corrected before it becomes a no-heat or no-cool call.
- Owner-operated service from Bean’z Heating & Cooling
- Chicago-focused maintenance and repair experience
- No repair performed without your approval
- Service history that helps track recurring conditions

Know what the Comfort Club does—and does not—cover
Clear expectations protect your home and prevent billing surprises.
| Situation | Right service | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| System is operating normally | Comfort Club maintenance | Seasonal checks, cleaning within the visit scope, documented readings, and recommendations. |
| No heat or no cooling | Diagnostic service | The $129 diagnostic identifies the failure. Repair pricing is presented separately for approval. |
| Part, refrigerant, or repair needed | Quoted repair | Parts, labor, refrigerant, and corrective work are not free under the maintenance plan unless specifically stated in writing. |
| Unsafe or code-related condition | Safety correction | The equipment may need to remain off until an approved repair, replacement, or code correction is completed. |
Three easy steps
Choose a plan
Select the single- or multi-system option. Bean’z confirms that the enrolled equipment fits the plan.
Schedule seasonally
Book the cooling visit before peak summer and the heating visit before the coldest part of winter.
Review the report
After each visit, review the findings and decide whether any recommended repair should be completed.
Membership is maintenance—not insurance
The Comfort Club helps you stay ahead of problems, but it cannot guarantee that equipment will never fail. It does not replace a manufacturer warranty, home warranty, or repair agreement.
Plain-language plan details
- Benefits apply to enrolled equipment at the registered service address.
- Repairs, parts, filters, refrigerant, duct cleaning, permits, code corrections, and replacement equipment are separate unless written into the plan.
- Member discounts cannot be combined with another promotion unless Bean’z approves it.
- Priority scheduling is based on safety, call demand, travel area, and technician availability; it is not a guaranteed arrival time.
- *The standard after-hours premium is waived for eligible member calls when service is available; diagnostic and repair charges still apply.
- Boilers, ductless systems, heat pumps, rooftop units, and other specialty equipment require coverage confirmation.
HVAC maintenance plan FAQs
Does the membership include free HVAC repairs?
No. The plan includes the listed maintenance visits and member benefits. Diagnostic work, parts, labor, refrigerant, and repairs remain separate unless a benefit is specifically stated in writing.
Can I join when my furnace or AC is already broken?
You may request enrollment, but an active no-heat, no-cool, leak, electrical trip, or safety problem must be diagnosed and repaired separately. A tune-up cannot be used to replace diagnostic service.
What does priority scheduling mean?
Active members are scheduled ahead of non-members when call conditions and technician availability permit. Emergencies are still prioritized by safety, and membership does not guarantee same-day arrival.
When should I schedule the two visits?
Schedule the cooling visit in spring or early summer and the heating visit in early fall. Booking before peak weather gives the best appointment availability.
Does maintenance guarantee lower energy bills?
No company can guarantee a specific utility-bill reduction. Proper maintenance can help equipment operate as designed, while insulation, duct leakage, thermostat settings, weather, and equipment age also affect energy use.
Are boilers, heat pumps, or mini-splits included?
Coverage depends on the equipment and number of systems. Call Bean’z before enrollment so we can confirm the correct plan and service scope.
